Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the website at the-deadseat.com ("the Site") or playing The Deadseat game ("the Game") operated by The Deadseat Studios ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Site and Game is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site or Game.

By accessing or using the Site or Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site or play the Game.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and play The Deadseat game on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The Deadseat is a horror game intended for mature audiences only. By accessing or playing the Game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or, if you are between the ages of 13 and 17, that you have obtained parental consent to access and play the Game.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to restrict access to the Game for users who cannot provide adequate verification of their age.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The Deadseat Studios.

The Deadseat Studios has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that The Deadseat Studios shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Game will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site and Game.

Your use of the Site and Game is at your sole risk. The Site and Game are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
